Prior to joining Legal Link as a Partner Yulia was a Legal Senior Manager in Tax & Legal Services Department of Deloitte. She has over 15 years of experience in corporate and civil law. Yulia has participated in numerous consultancy projects with both Russian and foreign clients providing them with legal support. Yulia has gained substantial experience in legal consulting regarding business activities in Russia, including corporate law issues, employment and immigration issues, in-depth legal analysis for various types of contracts, foundation documents, etc.

Graduated from Moscow State Law University.  Anastasia has been working in the legal industry since 2003 in a variety of areas including Corporate Law and Civil Litigation.  Previously worked at one of the biggest Russian Law firms, and at Deloitte legal department. Fluent in Russian and English.
